First, try using: /changepassword (old password) (new password)
Forgot your password, or got hacked? Message Bob on the forums with the following format:
Username:
Donation Email:
Donation Amount:
Transaction ID:
Last Known Password:
Country:
New Password (The password you want it changed to):
You must be a donor to get approved. If you are not a donor, there is no way for Bob to verify that you are the true account owner.
